Must Know
- The pass validity starts upon activation and is valid for the selected number of days (2, 3, or 4 days) within the usage window.
- Each travel day is counted from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the next morning.
- Non-consecutive days of use are allowed.
- From July 1, 2025, the SUNQ Pass will no longer be valid for the Fukuoka–Nagato Yumoto Onsen express bus line.

- Available for all travellers.
- Each passenger must have their own individual pass.
Child Policy
- Child tickets available for children aged 6–11 years.
- Children under 6 years old travel free when accompanied by a paying adult (limit of one child per adult).
- Additional children require a child ticket.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID or passport (required for verification).
- Mobile device with internet connection to activate and display e-ticket.
- Printed or mobile voucher (to be shown on-site).
Accessibility
- Most buses are accessible for passengers with limited mobility, but accessibility may vary by route and operator.

Booking Confirmation
- Instant confirmation upon booking.
- Validity: Ticket must be activated within 3 months of issue.
Cancellation Policy
- If unused within 3 months, cancellation is allowed with a JPY 110 fee per ticket.
- Once used or activated, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Voucher Use
- Present your e-voucher on-site to begin use.
- Click the “Use” button on your e-ticket in front of a staff member to activate.
- Each e-ticket is converted into multiple 1-day tickets; only one ticket is valid per day.
- All group members must activate together if booked under one reservation.
- No need to redeem physical tickets.
