Q1: Will the tour be cancelled if it rains or snows?
A: Tours generally proceed as scheduled during rain or snow. Cancellations
only occur in cases of extreme weather (typhoons, blizzards, heavy rain
warnings) that lead to official attraction closures or transportation
suspension, in which case you will be notified via email and phone before
departure.
Q2: Can I cancel for free if I am unable to attend last minute?
A: Cancellations due to personal reasons are not accepted within 24 hours of
departure. Free cancellation is available in three cases: (1) Local medical
certificate (diagnosis or medical receipt) (2) Official proof of
transportation suspension (3) Official announcement of attraction closure due
to weather. Refunds will be processed after verification.
Q3: Where are the meeting points in Seoul? How far are they from the subway
station?
A: The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeong-dong, and Dongdaemun, all
located within a 5-10 minute walk from subway station exits. Please refer to
the booking page for detailed meeting addresses.
Q4: Is lunch included in the tour? How much does it cost?
A: Lunch is not included in the day tour. The tour guide will recommend local
restaurants, with an average cost of approximately KRW 15,000–20,000 per
person, to be paid by the guest. You are also free to choose other restaurants
according to your preference; there are no mandatory requirements.
Q5: Is the tour suitable for seniors or children? Are there any age
restrictions?
A: The tour is suitable for all ages, with no age restrictions. Infants under
3 years old are free of charge (no seat provided). It is recommended that
seniors or those with limited mobility inform us in the remarks section in
advance so we can assist in arranging front-row seats.
Q6: How can I get the tour guide's contact information before departure?
A: A departure notification email will be sent to your registered email
address one day before the tour (before 6 PM Korea time), which will include a
link to the departure group chat. Please be sure to join the group. If you do
not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for
assistance.
Q7: Can I reschedule if I am a NO SHOW on the day?
A: You can reschedule once. Please contact customer service immediately on the
day of the NO SHOW. You may reschedule to the same tour within 7 days of the
original departure date (subject to availability of confirmed tour dates). A
rescheduling fee of KRW 20,000 per person applies, to be paid directly to the
tour guide.
Q8: When will I be notified if the tour does not meet the minimum group size?
A: If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified of the
cancellation and refund via email 3 days before departure. If you have a
specific travel date in mind, we recommend checking the group formation status
with customer service in advance.

- Children under 3 years old can participate in this tour for free, but will not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is required, a ride fee of 30,000 Korean won per person must be paid in cash on-site. If a child is found to be underage, the additional child tour fee will be charged.

- The tour guide's language will be arranged based on booking availability, primarily in Chinese or English. If the booking is full or the minimum number of participants required for a specific language group is not reached, the tour guide's language will be adjusted accordingly without further notice.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. If you wish to cancel, you can apply for a refund directly on the platform. Please check your email before departure.
