• Workshop time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Please meet at the entrance of the Asian Civilisations Museum.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration.

• This is an outdoor sketching workshop.
• In light rain, the session will continue under shelter.
• In the event of heavy rain or lightning, the session will be rescheduled.
• The workshop is open to beginners and all skill levels; no prior art experience is required.

• The workshop is recommended for participants aged 16 and above.
• No prior art experience is required.

• Participants must be over 16 years old.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience and no-shows are non-refundable. If the experience is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

Event Rescheduling

The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants required is not met or due to inclement weather. In such circumstances, registered participants will be notified at least three (3) working days prior to the originally scheduled event date. Participants will be contacted via the email address or contact details provided during registration with information regarding the rescheduled date and any alternative arrangements.

Refunds

If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to either:

• Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date at no additional cost, or
• Request a full refund of their ticket price.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of the rescheduling notification. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the request.
