- As of 12 March 2026, Majestic Fast Ferry has mandated a fuel surcharge fee per passenger. Departure from Singapore (HarbourFront Centre / Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal): SGD 6.00. Departure from Batam Ports (Batam Centre / Sekupang / Tanjung Pinang): IDR 65,000. This surcharge amount is excluded from your payment to Pelago and is to be paid directly at the ferry terminal counter.
- Open-dated tickets require redemption at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter to confirm travel date and time.
- Valid for 90 days (Indonesian ticket) or 60 days (International ticket) from the date of issue.
- Not valid for travel on the eve of public holidays or long weekends unless seats are confirmed in advance.
- Passengers must complete the Indonesia Arrival Card (White Card) before entry to Batam starting 1 September 2025. Complete online here or via the “All Indonesia” mobile app.
