・ This is a private pick-up/drop-off service exclusively for your group or
family.

・ Please provide the English name and address of your hotel when booking.

・ Meeting Point Information:

- Suvarnabhumi Airport: Outside Gate 3, 2nd Floor Arrivals Hall (Outside, not
inside)

- Don Mueang Airport: Outside Gate 3, 1st Floor (Outside, not inside)

- Hotel: Hotel Lobby (1st Floor)

• For airport meetings, please collect your luggage first, then request the vehicle number and driver's contact information via the emergency contact/KakaoTalk provided upon booking confirmation.
  
  - Parking/stopping is not allowed at Thai airports, and it takes a
  significant amount of time for a greeter to wait with a sign. To save your
  valuable time, we proceed without an airport greeter; please confirm your
  vehicle number and driver outside Gate 3 on the 2nd floor and board
  immediately.
  
  - For airport pick-ups, please look for your vehicle number rather than a
  name sign at the meeting point.

・ Driver Information: Professional drivers who speak basic English will be
assigned (Korean is not supported). (A tip of 100 THB per vehicle for a one-
way trip is recommended.)

・ Flight Delay Policy: We monitor your flight status in advance and wait
accordingly. Even if your flight is delayed, there is no need to notify us in
advance; please proceed to the meeting point (outside Gate 3, 2nd floor) upon
arrival.

・ Date Selection: Please purchase based on your flight departure date.

・ Recommended Meeting Time for Drop-off: We recommend meeting 3 hours and 30
minutes before your flight departure time. (e.g., Flight departure: 23:00 ---
Recommended meeting time: 19:30)

・ Duration: Approximately 1 hour

【Important Notes】

1. Please purchase based on your flight departure date from Korea (same
applies for departures from other countries).

2. The driver will meet you based on your flight schedule. We monitor the
airport in advance regardless of flight delays and will wait according to your
flight, so please proceed to the meeting point without worry even if your
flight is delayed.

3. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive the contact
information/KakaoTalk ID of the Thai vehicle coordinator. You can easily
receive driver information by adding the ID and requesting the vehicle
number/driver's contact details on the day of your trip.

4. Sedans can accommodate 1-3 passengers. If your group includes children or
infants and totals 4 people, you must book a van. Vans can accommodate up to 9
passengers. For groups of 10 or more (including children), you must book 2
vehicles.

5. Car seats are not provided in the vehicles.

6. The sedan model is a Toyota Camry (mid-size) or equivalent, and the van
model is a Toyota Commuter or equivalent.

7. Please be careful not to leave personal belongings in the vehicle. Check
the interior and trunk thoroughly when disembarking.

8. Thai vehicle insurance covers up to 300,000 THB in the event of death or
accident (approx. 10 million KRW, same for foreigners and locals, regardless
of occupation or age). As coverage is limited, we strongly recommend
purchasing travel insurance in Korea before your trip to Thailand.

9. For airport pick-ups, please collect your luggage at the Bangkok airport
and request the vehicle number/driver's contact information via the emergency
contact/KakaoTalk provided upon booking confirmation. This is available 24/7.

【How to Use】

・ After confirming the vehicle number/driver at the meeting point, please show
your passport to the driver to board. (No separate voucher is provided.)
