We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of Pugliese cuisine. In their luggage back home, they will not only carry the memory of a wonderful holiday but also the knowledge in the elaboration of typical dishes of the region and become by hobby or business an ambassador of Pugliese food. Our pugliese base cooking course, comprise the elaboration of fresh pasta, sauce for pasta with meat (braciole) and a delicious dessert crostata. The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that together we prepare plus some entrees that our chef will prepare.
