Must Know
Applicable only to non-Japanese passport holders with a Temporary Visitor visa stamp.
This product is unavailable for non-Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan.
Japanese passport holders abroad for over 10 years need a valid passport and an Overseas Residential Registration or Certificate from the Japanese embassy in their country of residence.
A Temporary Visitor stamp is needed for eligibility.
The passport name must match the application name, or the ticket is non-exchangeable.

Pre Purchase
Children under 1 travel free. Two children 1–5 travel free with a pass-holding adult if seatless. Third child onward needs a child pass.
Usage
Show your e-exchange order and passport at New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, or Noboribetsu stations to receive your JR Pass.
Exchange orders remain valid for 90 days from issuance.
The JR Pass is redeemable only with an Exchange Order issued in your name.
