Putrawan drove our pick up from our villa to the jeep and our jeep driver was efficient and accommodating. Excellent photographer and very thoughtful. Our Jeep driver drove us to the Hotsprings carpark but we didn't see the Hotsprings, as it was replaced with the coffee plantation which Putrawan drove us there. Then we were guided and had a variety of coffee and tea to sample and buy after sampling. Putrawan then drove us back to the villa and it was quite smooth all over. Very pleasant experience
One of the best experiences of the whole trip. The sunrise from Mt Batur is unreal, the volcano hike is incredible, and the hot springs after are chef's kiss. But honestly, a huge part of why it was so good was our guide Depa. Brilliant driver, took great photos, knew everything about the area, and was just genuinely warm and friendly throughout. The kind of guide who elevates the whole thing. Can't recommend him enough. Do this trip, ask for Depa.
The trip was very well organized. I was a bit confused from the beginning on how to get to the place but the driver - Bayu contacted me after a few hours and arrived at our hotel on time. The trip was smooth eventhough it was super early in the morning for me and the three kids. We also got a very nice Jeep driver, who took a lot of nice photos for us. All in all the trip was as expected and nice to experience.

Our tour was amazing. From the driver who picked up us from the hotel ( his name is Gi Arta) and the driver who drove us from the meet up point to the mountain for sunrise (his name is Agus if i dont spell wrong) were friendly, good customer service and they took a lot effort to make us happy. Highly recommend

Incredible experience. The driver picked us up at the homestay at the agreed time and perfectly organised our experience at Mount Batur. We also had a specific need to be in Padang Bai at a certain time to catch a ferry and he was able to take us there himself, even making it easier for us to buy the tickets.
