Great experience. Easy redemption of tickets at the counter and their staff were friendly and helpful. We saved 10% off the normal ticket price by buying from Pelago. The view from the viewing gallery is amazing.
Easy to redeem and very nice view in the night! Worth to go.
Ok just go to the tower building level 1 counter to exchange the ticket. 800yen selling on site.
Views from Fukuoka tower is quite nice, with the sea from one side and the city on the other. Went during day time and it was practically empty, I guess it's better known for its night view. However one thing to note is it's a 1+km walk away from the nearest subway station if commuting by public transport. The ticket redemption process was seamless.
It's a smaller viewing tower as compared to others like Taipei 101 or Shanghai tower. Notwithstanding, still giving you the nice view it intended. Only down side is that the waiting time in the evening can get pretty long. I went on a Thursday evening after 6 pm and had to wait 30mins before I can take the elevator. There was nothing much on top except a few self help paid booth actvities. It is good for couples though. U can purchase lock to hang there.
