Great time doing the Zip Lines and the Roller. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can see that they are all well trained in customer service and safety. The booking was easy, although initially they did not arrange for any hotel pick up even though our booking was with hotel pick up. A few emails to Pelago and the Activity Provider sorted that out.
