1. Before boarding, you must exchange your redemption voucher for the pass at specific redemption locations. Be mindful that peak times might result in longer waiting times at the service window, so allocate extra time for redemption
2. At the redemption point, complete the pass application form and present your passport with a short-term residence stamp or sticker
3. You can redeem your pass at the Warp Takamatsu branch or, after hours, at the JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) at Takamatsu Station. Please note that redemption is not available at Sakaide Station's Warp Plaza
