Was really fun! I had a great time and instructor was very helpful in giving us tips on how to make the end product nicer
Instructor was very helpful
It was a compact class and the instructor, Megan was lovely, lively, clear, patient and very friendly. Learned alot from her and had an amazing time the entire time in learning Pottery and completing them. Highly recommended to anyone!
My partner and I attended this pottery workshop by Garden Club Makers using our SG Culture Pass and we genuinely loved it! It was actually my birthday that day and the session turned out to be such a meaningful way to spend it. The pace was slow and unhurried, and since it was just the two of us, it felt almost like a private class. In the middle of our busy lives, it was so nice to slow down, work with our hands and simply be present together. There was something very calming and grounding about the whole experience. Megan was patient, detailed and made everything feel easy and smooth. Unlike other pottery classes, we learned different techniques and made three items; A cup, a bowl, and a plate which made the experience even more worthwhile. There was a bit of last minute confusion with the booking platform when I wasn’t feeling well and tried to reschedule but Megan handled everything very kindly and professionally. I eventually felt better and attended the class which we truly appreciated her flexibility. One small suggestion for Pelago: Since a minimum of two participants is required, only one SG Culture Pass can be redeemed per booking. It would be great if individual redemptions were made possible. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this! Especially for couples or anyone who just needs a quiet, mindful break. We can’t wait to see our pieces in 6 to 8 weeks!
