My recent experience with Pelago's website and ticketing process left a lot to be desired. One of my main frustrations was the pricing fluctuation, which I found confusing and not transparent. It was difficult to understand the different packages available and whether they offered good value for money when comparing directly on the venue's website. Unfortunately, I also accidentally purchased the Singapore cultural pass thinking it was the Singapore attraction pass and found the refund process to be quite complex. This was a further source of frustration for me, and I felt like Pelago could have done more to make the process smoother and more straightforward. Another issue I encountered was that many staff members at certain venues seemed unfamiliar with Pelago's ticketing and entry process. This resulted in a lot of running around and confusion, which was really disappointing. Overall, I think Pelago could benefit from some user acceptance testing to help identify areas for improvement in their processes and systems (send your staff). It's important for companies to listen to their customers and work to improve their customer experience, so I hope that Pelago takes this feedback on board and works towards providing a better service in the future.
