• Every rental includes Korean comprehensive insurance (bodily injury, property damage, personal injury). For full coverage details, see: https://www.koreabycar.com/en/rent/info/insurance
• This is a full Collision Damage Waiver product with no deductible. Insurance does not apply if any of the 12 major traffic violations occurs or if you breach the company's stated policies.
• One additional driver may be registered free of charge; registration is done in person at pickup.
• Refuel to the same level as at pickup before returning.
• In case of an accident, report it immediately to the police (112) and to our customer center via WhatsApp/WeChat. Reporting during the rental is required, or insurance cannot be applied (reports after return are not accepted).
• If the vehicle cannot be driven or needs immediate repair after an accident, it will be recovered, and the rental fee for the remaining time is non-refundable.
• Because the damage waiver is handled in-house, a separate insurance receipt cannot be issued.
• Insurance does not apply to problems that occur off regular roads (sand, valleys, snow, flooded areas) or during illegal racing / drag / circuit driving.
• Accident vehicles may only be repaired at the company's designated workshop.
• If the rental company requests the vehicle's return, it must be returned (legal action follows unauthorized extension).
• Loss of or damage to in-car items (key, navigation, tires, glass, wheels, wheel caps, accessories, interior odor, etc.) is the renter's responsibility and is not covered. We are not responsible for lost belongings; please keep valuables separately.
• An on-site dispatch fee may apply in some cases.
• Driver's license: a valid passport, your home-country driver's license, and a paper International Driving Permit (IDP) of Class B or higher issued within 1 year must be presented.
• Eligible countries: countries party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention.
• Insurance applies based on the contract signed on-site; please review the contract at the branch.
• The rental contract ends automatically upon vehicle return (including early return).
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your selected rental start time.
