This is a traditional experience that has been around for over 100 years,
where you travel down the Kuma River in a wooden boat, which flows through the
Hitoyoshi Kuma region of Kumamoto Prefecture.
The Kuma River is known as one of Japan's three most rapid rivers, but this
course takes you through a relatively calm section in about 40 minutes.
Please enjoy a relaxing and elegant moment surrounded by the beautiful scenery
of the four seasons and the chirping of wild birds.
