We book the transport a night prior to our departure schedule (next morning). Immediately after confirming the order, someone contacted me through whatsapp and later create a group chat where I got the info about driver and vehicle that would pick us up. Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely source our needs on Pelago again for our upcoming trip.
Amazing. They contacted me a few days before the pickup to reconfirm and also to add me into a groupchat with the driver. They have very good communication, and arrived on time. Driver's service was amazing as well. Car was very clean and very well maintatined. I'd book again.
Agent contacted me 2 days before via Whatsapp to confirm booking details and created a group chat together with the driver 1 day before. Driver is Mandarin speaking and very friendly.
