Spend a full day exploring Cajón de Arenales, a high-altitude mountain area in the Uco Valley known for its impressive granite walls and rugged Andean landscape. After pickup in Mendoza or the Uco Valley, travel toward the mountains and begin the hike with a professional mountain guide. The trek takes approximately 5 hours in total, following mountain trails through granite valleys, streams, and high-altitude scenery, with a lagoon as one of the main points along the route. The pace and difficulty can be adjusted according to the group’s fitness level, while weather, snow, and trail conditions will determine the most suitable route on the day.
