This magnificent beauty is often called 'The Wonder of the Western World', the abbey is a World Heritage Site. Visit The Mont Saint-Michel Abbey, an exemplary Romanesque and Gothic style architecture that is a prominent site of medieval Christian civilization. This includes a 2 1/2 hour drive each way to get there and come back, you have 3 hours for the visit. The driver-guide will explain the history of Mont Saint Michel but the visit to the Abbey afterward is on your own, tickets are included.
