Ningle Terrace in Furano is a beautiful spot known for its snowy night views
once the sun sets and the lights turn on.

However, due to the large crowds at that time and the travel schedule, it is
difficult to fully experience the night view. Therefore, instead of visiting
Ningle Terrace, we provide more time at other attractions compared to other
companies.

► Is it possible to join or leave at each travel destination?

- Joining and leaving at each destination is possible if you inform us before
making a reservation.

we will help you have lunch at Junpei.

► Is the reservation automatically confirmed after payment?

- A reservation is not automatically confirmed after payment. It may be
canceled due to reasons such as being fully booked, and it may take up to 3
days from the payment date to receive confirmation.

In particular, if you book within 72 hours of the departure time, there is a
possibility of cancellation one day before due to reasons such as the tour
being sold out or inability to secure a vehicle.

► I am traveling with companions, is it okay to book separately?

- It is fine to book separately. However, if you do so, please include this
information in the request section. If there is no such note, there is a
possibility that you may not be assigned to the same vehicle as your

- Since the price is per seat, it is the same for those aged 5 and older. For
this tour, as there is a significant amount of time spent in the vehicle,

- Since all destinations allow for free time, you can take breaks as much as
you like, so elderly travelers are participating in the tour without any

- The Korean office handling inquiries cannot provide local restaurant
reservation services. However, if you ask your tour guide on the day of the
trip, they will assist you with local restaurant reservations.

► Can you recommend local accommodations?

- We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide recommendations as
each traveler has different budgets, preferences, and requirements for
accommodation, and we do not handle lodging separately.

► Is there anything I receive separately after booking?

- There are no separate tickets or vouchers sent after your booking is
confirmed. On the day of the tour, your identity will be verified using your
name and contact information. Therefore, there are no documents you need to
prepare for the day of the trip. Please bring proof of age, such as a

► Can you provide pick-up and drop-off at my accommodation when participating

- This product is a group tour, and boarding and alighting are only available
at the designated meeting point; pick-up or drop-off at your accommodation or
specific locations is not possible. However, boarding and alighting at the

- Unless there is heavy rain at the level of a natural disaster, the tour
will proceed as scheduled.
