Refunds for this ticket are only available before it is used (i.e., before tapping the “Use” button), and must be processed through the same payment site where the ticket was purchased. A refund fee of 100 yen per ticket will apply.
Please note that no refunds can be issued after the ticket has been used (i.e., after tapping the “Use” button), under any circumstances.

Tickets that have passed their expiration date will become invalid and cannot be used, displayed, or refunded.
