The tour to Chichen Itza and cenote are excellent, with on site tour guide explaining the history and architecture. Included lunch is fine. However, it also included unnecessary shopping stops, and for whatever reasons preceded the main activities on our tour day. With multiple pick-ups along the way, the whole tour took around 13-14 hours. Still good value for the price paid, but I would recommend a private tour if time and experience is on top of your priorities.
