Mirella and Stefano will be your instructors in a 5 dish cooking course that will cover all the fundamentals of Tuscan cuisine. As this is Tuscany, you can expect plenty of amazing local products to work with, from olive oil and wine to fresh basil and tomatoes that are grown in the Tuscan soil! About the Market visit: You will visit Sant'Ambrogio, one of the more central markets in Florence, a 30 minute drive from Mirella's home. During the market visit you will visit local producers of wine, oil, fruit and vegetables. This will be a fun-filled experience of buying food, talking about food, preparing food and finally eating together in our home! This experience will be available from Monday to Saturday in the morning only (won't be available during holidays or Sundays).
