When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive an email from KrisFlyer at least 2 weeks before the concert date, with instructions to retrieve your Mobile Tickets 14 days before the concert via mobile web browser at Ticketmaster.sg.

1. Tickets available for miles redemption in pairs (2) or fours (4) only in Categories 1 to 4.

2. Members may redeem up to six (6) tickets for each concert date via KrisFlyer Experiences powered by Pelago.

3. Tickets redeemed in separate transactions may not be seated together.

4. Please note that each Ticketmaster account is eligible to purchase and/or redeem up to a total of six (6) tickets for each concert date.

5. Please note that seat selection within the respective Seat Category will not be available for tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences powered by Pelago. Best available seats will be automatically assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore.

6. Miles redeemed are strictly non-refundable.
