Learn how to cook a typical meal of this region ¨Pollo PiBil¨ (roasted chicken). The chicken is roasted underground, by using hot stones. While the chicken is been cooked we will explore the Maya community. We will visit ¨the call Huerta¨, where we can participate with some activities such as: planting plants or vegetables. Return to la Casa de las Mujeres, where we can finally taste the delicious ¨Pollo PiBil´. The dish would be served with fresh hand made tortillas.Sacred Cenote
