Due to misleading description then, I thought it cruise ride includes entry ticket to Lone Pine and I booked this. When I realised that it was not the case, I tried to book for a separate Lone Pine entry ticket. Unfortunately, it was fully booked on the day of my cruise ride. I had no choice but to book another package that includes cruise ride and lone pine entry. When I told this to cruise captain on the boat ride, he reported the case to his boss and they agreed that I should get refund for the first booking since it is the same cruise ship service for both booking on the same day and same time (cruise trip travel to lone pine from Brisbane cultural centre pier only once a day at 9am). They told me to write to PELAGO to ask for refund and they are willing to talk to PELAGO if they refuse. In fact, I already wrote to PELAGO and they replied that they cannot refund and instead asked me to choose another date. How is that possible to choose for a tourist with own itinerary plan to choose another date? They used misleading description in the first place and made the booking not possible to cancel to get refund. I wrote another email to PELAGO to notify them my displeasure.
