Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for young children, pregnant women and the elderly.
Skiing is an intense and dangerous sport, so it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in China before departure.
If you collide with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist you with on-site translation and communication. You will be responsible for the medical expenses or compensation.
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the ski slopes in the ski resort with ski equipment in hand. If you do not have ski equipment, you are not allowed to enter the ski resort and are limited to rest in the dining area.
If you change the reservation details/departure date/number of passengers within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JYP5000 will be charged per person. Please pay attention to the correct number of passengers and departure date before booking.
All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. It is not possible to change the plan content and request a refund on site.
Please be sure to provide instant communication contact information so that you can confirm the notification before departure. No cancellation refund will be accepted within 48 hours before departure.
Passengers under 3 years old do not have tickets and need to purchase tickets on site.
According to the ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the cable car or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski clothes. Please be advised.
Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or take care of it at the ski resort.
