Have you always wanted to explore the beautiful beaches and tropical rainforests in Far North Queensland? Head to Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation. Drive along the scenic Great Barrier Reef Drive to the award-winning Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas and meet Australian animals in their recreated natural environments. Hand feed wallabies and kangaroos, see the endangered cassowary, Lumholtz’s tree-kangaroo, and cuddle a koala. Cross the Daintree River on the cable ferry and travel north to the World Heritage Daintree Rainforest. Enjoy a tropical lunch in Cape Tribulation, where you can go on a guided rainforest boardwalk tour and learn about the flora and fauna that call it home.
Wildlife habitat was great! Got so close to Kangaroos, Koalas and many others. Sighted adult crocodile and many hatchlings during the River cruise Trip to Daintree rainforest was beautiful, though we had to skip the usual trail due to possibility of flood.
