Ski boots and ski wear are provided based on on-site availability. Please note that we cannot provide compensation or refunds if you are unable to ski due to a lack of suitable sizes.

• The vehicle used will be arranged based on the number of bookings. We will arrange the tour based on your preferred language; however, if the booking is full or the minimum number of participants is not met, arrangements will be made accordingly.
• Departure and return times vary by package. Please refer to the itinerary (actual times and itinerary are subject to change based on the day's traffic and weather conditions).
  
• Children under 2 years old can join this tour for free, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is required, a fee of KRW 30,000 per person applies. If the age provided is found to be incorrect, you will be required to pay the difference for the child's tour fee.
• Some experience facilities at the Snow Kingdom may be closed depending on actual weather conditions and park decisions.
• Actual dates for festivals and farm opening days are subject to change based on weather conditions; please refer to the situation on the day of the tour. If attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure after departure, alternative attractions will be arranged where possible, and no refunds will be provided.
  
• Please provide a valid contact method (LINE/WhatsApp) when booking. No refunds will be accepted if we are unable to contact you before departure due to failure to provide this information.
• The default tour language is Chinese or English. Please specify your preferred language on the payment page. (If the booking is full or the minimum number of participants is not met, arrangements will be made accordingly.)
• If you are booking separately from your travel companions, please provide the total number of people in your group and the name of each member in the remarks.
• The strawberry picking tour does not include the strawberry jam-making activity. If you are interested, you may request to add this on-site with the guide.
• If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participants, we will notify you to reschedule or offer other packages. If you wish to cancel, you may apply for a refund directly on the platform. Please keep an eye on your email notifications before departure.
  
• The guide will recommend local restaurants, with an average cost of KRW 15,000-20,000 per person. You are also free to choose any other restaurant according to your preference.
  
• [Bus Seating Arrangement Reminder] Bus seating for this tour is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats cannot be reserved or assigned in advance. As the pickup points are in the order of Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun, passengers boarding later may have fewer seating options. In particular, for passengers boarding at Dongdaemun, some seats may already be occupied by passengers who boarded earlier. If you prefer more seating options, we recommend choosing the Hongdae pickup point. If you have any special seating requirements, please let the guide know in advance, and we will do our best to assist you based on the actual situation on the day.
