Nice experience and our guide Phong was patient and nice. Lunch was decent with quite a good spread. Drinks on board was reasonably priced too. The tour includes a short 20-25mins to a Pearl Museum. The pearls are pretty but a bit pricey. Highly recommend this day trip to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Very nice experience
Very modern and comfortable boat plus yummy lunch provided on board.
Join only if you like to be brought to some pearl factory, art gallery. My aim is to spend more time in Halong Bay. Bus sat 33 pax, was uncomfortable. Food was served instead of buffet, just in a smaller group is my advice. Should have signed up Hercules cruise, saw the guests were having buffet lunch in the more premium cruise.
Activities were good and enjoyable. Servers should be mindful when serving food as at times, the people seating on the same table may not be friends or family known to each other, Dishes served were far from others - eg vegetarian and normal dishes were mixed up and some people could not get access to the food or did not know which was vegetarian or not.
