—Purchase Notices—

1. Rain Policy

The golf course will remain open during light or moderate rain. If the course
is open and playable, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. Please
prepare appropriate attire for the weather conditions.

2. Caddie Gratuity

Caddie gratuity may be required according to the golf course’s policy. Guests
are kindly asked to comply with all relevant guidelines when using caddie
services.

3.Health & Safety Advisory:

・Travelers with conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease, or asthma, or any
health issues that may worsen with physical activity, should not participate.

4.Surcharges:

・A surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside the designated city zone.

・Overtime charges apply if the activity exceeds the stated duration.

・Public holiday or peak season surcharge may apply and will be notified upon
booking.

・Requesting a tour guide will incur an additional fee. Please contact the
local operator directly for assistance and detailed information if needed.

Note: Each standard tee time (flight) requires 4 players. If your group has
fewer than 4 players, the golf course will pair you with other guests to
complete the group. If a particular group wishes to only play as 1, 2 or 3
people for any flight during these times, then they will need to pay for 4
players.

・Please bring a valid ID or passport for verification on the day of the
activity.

・Please check your email or WhatsApp for the operator’s confirmation message

・Arrive at the meeting point at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start
time. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows.

・The itinerary may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please
check your messages or the operator’s website for updates.

・Please inform the operator in advance if you plan to bring large equipment.

・No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

・During peak periods, the golf course will implement adjustments to its
cancellation policy, and the local operator will contact you to provide direct
notification.・An additional fee will apply if your hotel is located outside
the city center. The fee will be informed prior to departure, and please make
the payment directly to the driver.
