Admission ticket is not included for travelers under age 10 and is required to be purchase on-site.
Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late without notice and will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Transfer service will be provided for the purchase of over 1,500THB per booking.
The transfer service is only available for hotels located in Chiang Mai Town (within 5 km radiance from the spa).
The transfer service over 5 km radiance from the spa, the surcharge will apply calculated the same as Grab Actual Price.
Airport transfer is available for DROP OFF only (after the treatment).
For guests purchasing above 1,500THB and needing the Hotel Transfer, please provide full hotel information in the 'Additional Information' before checkout or it will be considered as no transfer needed.
For guests purchasing less than 1,500THB and requesting transfer service, 300THB (round trip, 150THB for one way) will be applied for the hotels located in Chiang Mai Town (within 5 km radiance from the spa). For the area over 5 km, the surcharge will apply calculated the same as Grab Actual Price.
If your preferred time slot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative time slot.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Please book at least 48 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

Really impressed by the building and space. Very warm recption and the therapist was very dutiful in their work, with precise and deep pressure. The room's red light was a bit jarring but otherwise very nicely equipped with its own bathroom, shower, bathtub and balcony.
