1. Udo Island has two ports, [Haumokdong Port] and Cheonjin Port.

2. In general, the route to [Haumokdong Port] departs from Seongsan Port every hour (8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00~).

3. Please make sure to check with the sailor who receives the ticket at Seongsan Port that the ship is going to [Haumokdong Port] before boarding.

4. Generally, ‘Udosarang No. 1’ and ‘Udosarang No. 2’ depart from 【Haumokdong Port】.

🍁 Cancellation and refund policy

1. Same-day cancellation is not possible, so please purchase carefully.

2. Cancellation is possible up to one day before the visit.

3. If the service is unavailable due to ship cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued on the same day.

🍁 Note

1. Please present your license (or ID card) at the site.

2. Same-day vehicle changes are not possible.

3. All products can be rented only to licensees between the ages of 21 and 65.

4. You must bring a carrier to ride with your pet. Only open cars are allowed.

5. Customers weighing more than 85kg or taller than 185cm cannot use the service due to safety reasons.

6. Pregnant women, drinkers, the elderly, and middle-aged women who are inexperienced at driving are not permitted to rent for safety reasons.

7. After departure, the amount of delayed return is 10,000 won within 30 minutes. (Return delay: 30 minutes to 1 hour: KRW 20,000)

8. When using an all-day ticket, the vehicle must be returned 1 hour before the last boat of the day.
