Each ride is ideal for 2 adults (max weight of 150kg)
Passenger must be between 3-70 years old
Insurance covers passengers between 3-70 years old
The hot air balloon climbs up to 50 meters high and does not travel around, it climbs up for 7 - 10 minutes before returning to the ground
Should the hot air balloon is not able to fly, passengers will be given two alternative compensations to choose from:
60 minutes Balinese massage for two or to reschedule the flight from morning session to afternoon session.

Everything is good, except for the waiting time, we waited for more than 1hr plus to took our ride. We did not know that we are exactly on the last queue number. It was not communicated to us earlier.
