• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This tour does not include ticket fees for scenic spots, such as Nijo-jo Castle and Kinkaku-ji Temple. You will need to purchase them on site or ask the tour guide to purchase them. It is recommended that you prepare cash or confirm the payment method in advance to facilitate ticket purchase.
• If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or insufficient group size, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. However, we do not compensate for any personal expenses such as transportation or accommodation already incurred.
• If the tour is canceled before departure due to force majeure events (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. If the tour is interrupted on the day of departure or during the itinerary due to such reasons, we will refund the remaining fee after deducting any costs already incurred. No additional compensation will be provided, and any other losses or extra expenses must be borne by the traveler.
• If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons—such as not arriving on the day, being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, leaving the tour midway, or voluntarily abandoning the itinerary—no matter the reason, any payment made will not be refunded and no compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to traffic control, weather changes, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, adjusted, or certain attractions may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
• On the day of the tour, return times may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, or other objective factors, especially during holidays when congestion is common. The guide/driver will adjust the itinerary flexibly according to actual conditions, and late return is possible. If you need to catch a night flight or connect to subsequent plans, please allow sufficient time to avoid disruptions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays. Travelers with flights are advised to book cautiously or arrange their onward plans accordingly.
• To ensure travel safety and a smooth itinerary, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, modify activities, or cancel the tour if necessary. In such cases, a full refund of the tour fee will be provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic congestion, the time spent at each attraction may be adjusted temporarily. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• The bus operates on a one-person-per-seat policy to ensure each guest’s comfort and safety. Seat assignments cannot be requested in advance. Depending on the actual bookings for the day, male and female guests may be seated next to each other. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
• Minors and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity. Guests aged 70 or above are advised to travel with family or friends and sign a liability waiver on the day of the tour.
• For your safety and the well-being of other participants, please inform us honestly of any chronic illnesses, mobility issues, or other special health conditions when booking, so that we can make appropriate arrangements and provide assistance in advance.
• According to local Japanese regulations, infants must occupy a seat. Therefore, children under 3 years old must pay the same fare as an adult. If you plan to bring an infant, please inform customer service clearly when placing your order. If this is not reported in advance and the fare is not paid, and the vehicle becomes overloaded on the day of the tour due to the infant, the guide has the right to refuse boarding for the infant and accompanying parent to comply with regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. In this case, we assume no responsibility, no refunds will be issued, and any additional costs must be borne by the parent. Please comply with this regulation to avoid affecting your travel.
• Some shops, vending machines, or temporary stalls near certain attractions may only accept cash. We recommend bringing a reasonable amount of Japanese yen to ensure a smooth and convenient trip.
• To maintain cleanliness and ensure a comfortable experience for all passengers, please do not eat or drink on the bus. Any damage or stains to seats or the vehicle will incur cleaning fees in accordance with local standards. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the bus clean and comfortable.
• If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when placing the order. We will arrange suitable transportation in advance based on actual needs to ensure your luggage is properly accommodated.
• By 21:00 the night before departure, customer service will send a travel email containing the LINE or WhatsApp group link. Please check your email promptly and join the group to stay in communication with the guide on the day of the tour.
• If you are using LINE as your primary contact method, please note that the guide cannot search for you using your phone number or account name. After booking, kindly send your LINE link or QR code to customer service so we can establish contact and ensure smooth communication during the tour.
• If you and your friends or family book separately, please inform customer service of your travel companions at least one day in advance. Failure to do so may result in being assigned to different vehicles, affecting your group experience.
