We had such an amazing time at LEGOLAND Shanghai — truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed for families and children. The park was clean, well-organised, and incredibly immersive, with so much attention to detail in every LEGO world. Our child was completely captivated, and as parents, it was such a joy watching his excitement throughout the day. The rides and attractions were engaging yet age-appropriate, with just the right balance of fun, creativity, and adventure. Queue times were well managed, and the staff were consistently friendly, patient, and helpful — which made the experience even more pleasant. What also stood out was how smooth and fuss-free the ticket redemption process was. We booked our tickets via Pelago, and entry was incredibly easy — simply present the passport used to purchase the tickets, and we were in. No queues, no confusion, and no additional steps needed. We left with big smiles, wonderful memories, and a very happy child who didn’t want the day to end.
Great attraction for families with kids! Facilities still very new and no long Q for now.
The redemption process was seamless when I visited the venue. However, please note that the instructions provided can be a little misleading. A QR code is not required for entry to Legoland — you’ll just need to present your passports (the same ones used when purchasing the tickets).
