Really good experience using this SIM. The staff at the collection point was nice and lent us a SIM ejector tool to insert the SIM card to into the phone. Once inserted, mobile data was available for use within a few minutes. Compared to Singtel, which for their SIM card to work you need to configure some settings and download an unnecessary app, this is just plug-and-play. We used the SIM within Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, and reception was great in all of them. Therefore, we'll continue purchase this again in the future when needed.
