• To ensure the freshest hairy crabs are provided, please contact the merchant for delivery or pick-up within the redemption period. No refunds or returns will be accepted for expired redemptions.

  
  

• The offer is applicable to delivery only, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  
  

• Orders are non-refundable upon cancellation. Redemption must be made according to the booked date and within the opening hours of that day; otherwise, it will be invalid.

  
  

• Once a package is purchased, it cannot be changed to another package or refunded without a valid reason.

  
  

• Selected packages include delivery fees. You may contact the merchant directly via WhatsApp to schedule delivery at: 9566 2417.

  
  

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at the time of ordering is correct. Please check your order and delivery details carefully. KKday and the merchant will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate information.

  
  

• Customers must check the survival status of the goods upon receipt and keep the order record properly.

  
  

• If you suspect a crab is dead, please do not cook or consume it. Please use your mobile phone or camera to record a video immediately, following these instructions:

  
  

- Gently press above the crab's eyes to see if there is any movement;

- Gently pull the crab's claws to see if there is any rebound or movement;

- If both of the above are 'No', please remove the crab string completely and
shake the crab to see if there is any movement;

• If all three of the above are 'No', please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9566 2417 within 24 hours with the recorded video and your online order number. The supplier will arrange a refund; no exchanges will be provided. Once a dead crab is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  
  

• If any of the above three items is 'Yes', it means the crab is not dead and can be consumed as usual. We will not process any refund requests.

  
  

• Note: As storage methods significantly affect the survival and quality of the crabs, all hairy crabs should be inspected immediately upon receipt and thoroughly cooked and consumed on the same day. If any issues, including quality concerns or crab mortality, are not reported within 24 hours of receipt, no refunds for the goods will be accepted.
