The tour guide is nice, though doesn't have a lot of energy, the biggest gap is the quality of the car. It's old and doesn't have any damper or shock absorber at all, and making my 3-4 hours of car journey a very bad and painful experience and I can't sleep at all as the car was shaking up and down seriously all the time. It's the first time I took this kind of car for a paid tour. I have taken coach/bus used for other large group tour which is much better than this van/car used for such a small group tour. I don't it's the problem of the road, and the tour guide also admits the van/car is a bit old. My back and hip were a bit hurt after this tour. I don't recommend this tour to anyone until they have made sure they change their car/van.
Whole trip was rushed. Attractions were only allowed 2 hours which is recommended as there are many activities are missed.
The driver cum tour guide is very knowledgeable. Overall the trip is quite a joy and value for money. The only thing is need to buffer more time for proper lunch. So I would recommend to bring your own lunch. Also a $5 gratuity per pax is compulsory which we had not problem paying for.
