What To Bring
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes because you will be walking inside a tourist spot.
Prepare a camera to take as many pictures as you want in this tourist spot.
Good To Know
All tickets are valid for all visitors who are taller than 80 cm.
Ticket counters on site will be closed 1 hour earlier than SeaWorld Ancol operational hours.
Visitors with a height of 80 cm and above will be charged the full ticket fee. Visitors with a height below 80 cm can enter for free.
Regular ticket = 1 time visit ticket, while Annual Pass ticket = 1 year member ticket.
Each ticket category can only be used on a predetermined day category (for example, weekday tickets are only valid on Monday - Friday, not including national holidays). Please check the Detail section of each package for the complete information.
When you arrive at the location, just show your QR Code to be scanned.
How to Redeem the 'Annual Pass' ticket:
1. The Annual Pass Pass Eticket must be exchanged with an Ecard before entering the Sea World Ancol recreation unit.
2. You must activate the e-card on the selected visit date at the latest (ecard activation cannot be done after the selected visit date).
3. E-Card activation mechanism:
Click the link
Select 'allow camera' so you can scan the e-ticket and take photos
Enter your Annual Pass ticket number or scan your ticket and click the “submit” button
Enter your personal data correctly, the Ecard will be sent to an email (make sure your email is correct and active), check the data again then click the 'Continue' button
Now take a photo of your face, make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo, click the 'camera' button to take a photo (Fit your face in the box, when done, click the “Create Ecard” button) - photo without using a mask.
Congrats! Your Ecard Annual Pass is ready!
Check your email or you can directly download it by clicking 'Download Ecard'

Only Ecards are valid. Receipts or proof of payment cannot be used as a substitute for Ecard to enter Sea World Ancol.
