Very prompt and timely communication from Northern Star All Team. We had detailed instructions on where and how to get to the car vendor spot at the terminal. Once out we were duly guided to our car which arrived within 5 minutes and the car was pristine, clean and very comfortable. The driver was courteous and safe. Easy to book and easy to find with clear intruction from service provide thru whatsapp. Our flight has been delayed and arrived late 2hrs from the time advised to arruve. But its never been a problem. When i arrived and told the person in charge at the area and point my name that was written on the paper list, she called a driver that was going to pick up us. Advise the location to where we go to meet the driver, minutes later the driver arrived. No hassle and we arrived at the hotel smoothly.
