To retain your SIM, re-registration is required at any Singtel Shop, Singtel Exclusive Retailer or Singtel mRemit Lucky Plaza with Singpass app activated within thirty (30) days of your SIM registration. After thirty (30) days, your passport registered Prepaid Card will be suspended without prior notice or liability to you, and there shall be no refund in relation to any such suspended Prepaid Card.
