• Regular → Regular: Choose this if both your departure and return dates are not listed in the Peak Date Schedule (2026)
• Regular → Peak: Choose this if your departure date is not listed, but your return date is listed in the Peak Date Schedule (2026)
• Peak → Peak: Choose this if both your departure and return dates are listed in the Peak Date Schedule (2026)
• Peak → Regular: Choose this if your departure date is listed, but your return date is not listed in the Peak Date Schedule (2026)

Important Notes

• All departures are subject to Bintan Resort Ferries’ availability
• Date and timeslot of return trips to be selected during checkout
• If your selected date or timeslot is fully booked, Pelago will assign the closest available time and notify you by email
• Bookings may be cancelled if the selected fare type does not match the actual travel dates due to fare differences

• Passengers must check in and collect boarding passes at BRF Check-in Counter at least 1.5 hours before departure.
• Free check-in baggage: up to 20 kg per boarding pass (excess at S$1/kg).
• Hand-carry limit: 10 kg, max dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
• Odd-sized items (e.g., surfboards under 1.5m, bicycles): S$30 return fee.

• Timeslot selection is a booking request; Pelago may assign the closest available slot if your choice is unavailable.
• Tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Amendments allowed via Pelago at least 5 days before departure (S$10 fee).
• Last-minute changes up to 4 hours before departure can be made at the ferry counter (subject to availability).
• Groups should book together to travel on the same ferry.
• An extensive range of food and beverages is available for purchase onboard.

• All passengers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.

• Pregnant passengers 28 weeks or more must present a medical certificate and sign an indemnity form.
