I thought we were going to take a cruise along the Danube bend. But it was a bus tour both ways. They gave you what they advertised - crossed over to Slovakia for 10 minutes to take photos of the Hungarian side; and photo-taking (not visit) of Visegrad Castle from afar. I wasn’t the only one thinking we would be going to the castle. The lunch was an average home-cooked meal at a nice restaurant with a wonderful view of the castle… from afar. The place where we spent most time at was Szentendre. We were given 1.5 hours. There wasn’t much to see or do there. It was a tourist trap. You could walk to the other end of the pedestrian road to the riverside. It seemed to be the playground of the local families. To be fair, the tour guide, Yolanda, was very knowledgeable. She recited the tour information like reading a book and her monotonous tone of voice put many of us to sleep in the bus! Fortunately, the driver did not fall under her spell…😀
