You still need to collect physical tickets at the counter before you can enter. Everything was orderly and the premises were very nice.
Great show
We were blown away by carnival magic! Everything - from the parade show, to the buildings, to the toilets! - was set up immaculately. We followed the itinerary they give you on their website and it was the perfect amount of time for us (we didn’t have dinner so can’t comment on the food). We were also really thankful that there were no live animals in the show. Lots of fun, a must for visiting Phuket, definitely felt like a once in a lifetime thing!
