This is once in the lifetime experience that you got to try for yourself. This is probably the VIP ticket which allows to skip the queue, access to the underground and the arena area. The guide is awesome to explain the history of colosseum during the tour for almost 3 hours non stop.
Excellent tour! Guide Sara at the colosseum was a wealth of knowledge and had ‘keys’ to private entrances to the underground. Roman forum tour by guide Giovanni was interesting but there were long queues and it was rather hot outdoors. Regardless it was enjoyable and a definite must do, esp the underground, for first timers in Rome
