Booking process was easy and communication with Zaki, my driver was excellent. He contacted me before I left home and throughout the process of my arrival. Zaki provided photos of where to meet which was an excellent idea. The car was clean and comfortable, and Zaki was both interesting and informative, but also gave me time to rest after a long day.
