In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service and a partial refund will be granted.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Maximum 10 pax for 1 group, if over 10 pax, please separate to 2 bookings and will be separate to 2 vans.
Airport pick up service is not available because this is a shared tour.
There is a scheduled pick-up time for each guest. The supplier will email the scheduled time.
The driver will meet you at the lobby and will wait up to 10 minutes before proceeding to the next schedule pick-up. If you’re not at the lobby, we will consider it a no show and not be able to give a refund.
The menu for breakfast and lunch is local Filipino food like chicken, pork and vegetables, subject to availability.
You can bring their swimwear/swim suits and towels during the tour, and change when you arrive in Oslob.
This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests coming from different countries.
Waterproof cameras are available for rent on-site for PHP600. Please bring your own USB to access and retrieve the photos.
Bath towels are not available for rental, guest are recommended to bring the bath towel from their hotel instead.
You can bring swimwear/swimsuits and towels during the tour, and change when you arrive in Oslob.
You may ask the boat staff to assist you in taking photos. Travellers are encouraged to tip tour guides and drivers.

Swimming with Sardines was the best part!
Great tour. Very 2am early pickup and a long drive from out Cebu hotel to Oslob, but the driver was great and we were able to get to the whaleshark station early enough. We had about an hour waiting time before we were able to get on the banca and swim with the gentle monsters. Then breakfast, after which it was a quick drive and motorcycle ride to the falls. From there, it was a 2 hour drive to Moalboal for the island hopping. We took a packed lunch to the boat, which was not bad. Everything tastes good when you’re hungry! Pescador island wasn’t much to see and there were some people that got stung by small jellyfish. The turtles and the sardines run was brilliant though. All in all it was very enjoyable and we had a great group of travelers with us!
Everything is good except no whale shark. Whale shark left Oslob for 5 days, and when I'm there, it's the first day Oslob has no whale shark, and the previous day has 6 whale sharks.
the whale shark experience is amazing itself was amazing, but it has nothing to do with the travel agency nor the partners. The guide/ driver kinda went through the motion of explaining what the next activity was. It was said so softly that only the first row of guests heard. There was also miscommunication on what camera services would be provided if we request for add-on.
