- A grace period of 20 minutes applies.
Must Know
- Travel duration is approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic conditions.
- One piece of luggage occupies one passenger seat. Please refer to vehicle capacity and book accordingly.
- Transfers to and from Pranburi incur additional fees: ฿300 for Deluxe Sedan or Family MPV; ฿500 for VIP Van (pay directly to driver).
- Car seat rental available at ฿300 per seat (pay directly to driver); indicate quantity in booking notes.
- Extra stop within Hua Hin Town: ฿300 per stop. Locations outside Hua Hin Town will be advised by Customer Service.
- High season surcharge of ฿300 per car applies during: New Year (21 Dec – 5 Jan), Chinese New Year (16–22 Feb 2026), and Songkran (12–17 Apr). Pay directly to driver.
- For international departures, please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before flight departure.
- Booking changes can be made within 3 days after booking. No changes or cancellations can be made once booking has been confirmed.

Do be aware Pelago email you less than 24 hours before your booking with the airport agent’s mobile you’ll need to txt the airport agent mobile to confirm where to lookout for them after you exit the arrival hall it turned out fine eventually & the ride (by a 3rd party driver) was in a fairly comfortable SUV that seats 3 behind & 1 in front
