Take in the sights and sounds as you step into the shoes of a real ramen chef. Experience using proper cooking equipment and discover authentic ramen-making techniques. Learn all about the prep work and the ingredients used, from their origins to their purpose.
Like a pro, you'll ladle the broth and temomi (massage) the noodles. Shake the water out of the ramen noodles in a tebo (strainer). Then, place the noodles into the broth and add your toppings. Finally, indulge in your delicious ramen creations!
