The beautiful setting of the temple is a major attraction. The temple is dedicated to Hadimba, the wife of Bheema, one of the five heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. The wooden doors of the temple are intricately carved and depict the forms of the Earth Goddess, Durga.
